Time travel never really caught on. |
Radiolab is an immaculately produced radio program out of NYC that weaves interviews, reenactments, sound, and music into an ornate basket for carrying the humanity of some of science’s most curious questions. Topics range from After Life to Zoos, from Music to Sperm. It’s gorgeous and it’s mind-opening.
Occasionally, Radiolab features short video work too, like this piece called Moments. In a way, William Hoffman’s piece captures the spirit of the radio show—a wide-eyed look at the amalgam of simple complexities that people have stamped this planet with.
It’s weird to give a purely style-based sample as a recommendation, but I’m doing it. Check it out. If you like it, I can assure you, you’ll enjoy the show: Radiolab.
Radiolab presents: Moments
